The IAA Foundation hosts annual special events to benefit the Illinois Agriculture in the Classroom Program. The funds raised increase the number of students reached in grades K-8 and train classroom teachers to help integrate agriculture’s story into their curriculum.

Schedule of Events
- September 7-9, 2010- IAITC Bike Ride
Be a part of the 15th Anniversary Ride for IAITC! Bike riders will explore the countryside of the Kankakee County area in a cross-country style ride. Cyclists stop at schools along each route to teach students the importance of agriculture as well as bicycle safety. Evening entertainment will highlight activities unique to this part of the state. Proceeds benefit Illinois Agriculture in the Classroom.
- December 5-8, 2009 – Illinois Farm Bureau Annual Meeting
The IAA Foundation hosts a number of activities during IFB Annual Meeting to raise funds for Illinois Agriculture in the Classroom. Here, Farm Bureau members and delegates:
Bid on unique and valuable items during both the live & silent auctions.
Form a team and participate in the friendly competition of trivia night.
- August 5, 2010 – IAITC Golf Outing
The fourteenth annual Golf Outing was held in Pontiac, IL at the Wolf Creek Golf Club & Elks Country Club. With 200 golfers in attendance, this day on the links was followed by a steak dinner and auction, not to mention great prizes for team and individual competitions throughout the day. Proceeds benefit Illinois Agriculture in the Classroom.
